To Our Valued Clients:
While insurance agencies remain an “essential business” under Governor Baker’s emergency shutdown order, we are taking the following further measures effective Tuesday, March 24th – Monday, April 6th as follows:
- Our operating hours will be reduced to 8:30am – 3:30pm
- We will continue to close the office to all foot traffic
- We will be operating with a skelton crew on location to administer all claims, policy changes, and any other related matters or inquiries. Other employees will be working remotely. Please call out office at 978-355-4536 or email your account manager for assitance.
- Any payments that need to be made can be inserts through the mail slot on the front door. We will apply the payment to the company accordingly and mail you the receipt.
- We will not be proving registry run service until further notice
As a reminder, you can file a claim here on our website or make a payment directly with your insurance company. You can also text us at 978-636-6160.
We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you informed. Please know we remain committed to providing you with the premier service you’ve been accustomed to.
